Orders

An order is accepted only when we confirm dispatch. We may decline or cancel an order for reasons including stock, pricing errors, or suspected fraud, and will refund any payment taken.

Pricing

Prices are shown in PKR and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Obvious pricing errors are not binding.

Payment

Payment is taken at checkout through our payment provider. We do not store your card details.

Intellectual property

All content, imagery, and formulations are the property of Bin Tariq Collection (Pvt.) Ltd. and may not be reproduced without permission.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Otherwise our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan.
