Shipping

We ship nationwide across Pakistan. Standard delivery takes 2–5 working days; express 1–2; Karachi same-day is available on orders placed before 13:00.

Standard delivery is complimentary on orders over Rs 15,000. Every order includes a complimentary 2 ml sample.

Order tracking

Once dispatched you will receive a tracking link by email. You can also follow your order from your account or the link on your confirmation.

Returns

• Unopened full bottles may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund to the original payment method.
• For hygiene reasons, opened bottles, discovery sets, and samples cannot be returned unless faulty.
• To start a return, contact us at care@bintariqcollection.com with your order number.

Damaged or incorrect items

If something arrives damaged or not as ordered, contact us within 7 days and we will replace it or refund you in full, including shipping.
